Downstairs: Open plan living and dining area includes a dining table, a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 with Queen bed Bedroom 2 with Queen bed Family bathroom Laundry. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 - an open loft style room with three single beds. All bedrooms have built-in robes. Outside: Enjoy the beautiful weather and temperate nights outside and use the built-in barbeque in the spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat. External bathroom including a shower and toilet is perfect for washing off the sand from the amazing day out on the beach. Osprey Holiday Village pool for guests. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Perfect for a family holiday, perfect location
Great location close to shops (there is one shopping area nearby) and on the northern edge of town (away from the busier industrial end of town). Facilities were good. I wouldn't say it's a modern fitout but not too dated either. Perfect for family get away. Suited us well for a 7 day stay.
