This home is separated into two wings with a large secure breezeway separating the two. Wing One - Left: Lounge with big flat screen TV Bedroom 1 - Queen Sized Bedroom 2 - Bunk Bed and a single Bathroom Wing Two - Right: Well-appointed kitchen including a dishwasher Bedroom Three - Queen Sized Bedroom 4 - Bunk Bed and a single Bathroom Breezeway: Laundry Outdoor Table Lounge Chairs Outside: BBQ Parking for two cars and two boats / trailers. Pet Friendly - The yard is secure. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
