Downstairs: Open plan kitchenette and lounge with a full size pool table. Bedroom 2 two king singles (can be zipped into King) Bedroom 3 two king singles (can be zipped into King) Family Bathroom. Laundry. Deck with built in BBQ. Spa - 4 persons Upstairs: Master suite - King Sized room with walk in robe and ensuite. Bedroom 4 - 2 King singles (can be made as King on request) Galley Kitchen with coffee machine. Dining and lounge. Family bathroom. Deck. Outside: Car garage (for guest use) - space for 1 car. Two additional spaces for cars or boats with no clearance concerns. Also included is a floating jetty for a boat up to 11m (no power or water available at jetty). Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Best Holiday for the whole familly
We absolutely loved this property for our group of 8 - 2 x families with 2 kids each aged from 9 - 12. We found the layout was perfect with the kids 'living' downstairs whilst the adults enjoyed some time 'living' upstairs! The bed fitout was perfect, with the 2 downstairs bedrooms fitted with a king bed each that can be separated into 2 singles - perfect for our 2 girls and 2 boys & the 2 bedrooms upstairs with huge king sized beds, the master with a spa bath in its ensuite but the second bedroom with it's only little ensuite too. With a bathroom/toilet between the bedrooms downstairs for the kids to share. The kids and adults equally enjoyed the outdoor spa. We would definitely book this property again, its location great with an easy walk to the best food and craft beers to satisfy any beer connoisseur and amazing cocktails for the ladies in town at Whalers.July 2020
