Laundry Separate toilet Upstairs: Bedroom 2 - Queen size room Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen and 1 x Single Family Bathroom Second Lounge with TV and Two Single Day Beds (Fourth Bedroom) Outside: Two fantastic east facing decks which over look the Gulf. West Facing - Outdoor Lounge. Fully secure yard with side boat access, and Pet Friendly. Two additional spaces for cars or boats with no clearance concerns. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

This house is in a perfect location and great size for 9 people. Lots of extras like games and dvd's for the kids. We watched the sunrise on the deck every morning and it was such a short walk to the town beach. Loved staying there!Close to the beach
Awesome place, right on the beach and only 5 minutes out of town. Loved it and would love to book it again one time soon!
