Upstairs: Master Retreat King size bed Ensuite and a separate platform spa Spacious balcony Large flat screen TV All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs with DVD players, perfect to keep the whole family entertained. Outside: Property is fully fenced; take a stroll down the stairs to a private jetty which has space for a 9m boat (no water or power available at jetty). Splash about in your own private pool overlooking the canals. Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers with a separate freezer in the garage. Guest's have access to the garage. This fully air-conditioned house is a perfect venue for your next family or group holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions in pure indulgent luxury. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Great location & set up

House was well located for walking to the marina, manta rays and whalers and only a short distance to town. House is on the right side to make the most of the sun and minimal wind!
