The rear deck provides a relaxing outdoor entertaining space with a large BBQ, Outdoor Dining Table which Seats 10, 9 Seater Wicker Lounge Outdoor Above Ground Swim Spa (6 Seater) with Swim Jet for lap swimming Outside Shower (BYO Beach Towels) For the boaties, a large driveway which easily houses 4 cars or 3 cars and boat with a shade sail at one end. Please note: No access is available to the garage. Pets are by application. Please notify Exmouth Holidays to request approval if you wish to bring your pet. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Great place

2 Trout Place was beautifully clean and Cath from Exmouth Holidays was very accommodating with our early check in time and kept us informed. I would recommend Exmouth holidays to anyone looking to stay in the area. This house is beautiful and bigger than pictured!
