Bedroom 1 - Queen sized with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen sized Bedroom 3 - Two singles Bedroom 4 - Two singles Family bathroom. Outdoor entertaining area with a Barbeque and full sized drinks fridge. Enclosed yard. With plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all that Exmouth has to offer, you will thoroughly enjoy your visit to the Ningaloo Reef! Parking for 2 cars and 2 boats / trailers. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Great features

Very happy to have air conditioning to cool the night, a washing machine and clothes line with pins, plenty of room to spread out our gear, and a location that was within walking distance of the stores.
