Western Australia:

Western Australia is divided into eleven regions, each with their own unique attractions and culture. They are Esperance, Gascoyne, Goldfields, Great Southern, Heartlands, Kimberley, Mid West, Peel, Perth, Pilbara and the South West. To see why there are so many regions, you should download a map of Western Australia and get a good perspective of how large and diverse WA is. Each region has a different climate with varying Australian wildlife, birds and wildflowers. Western Australia is one of the world's best eco-tourism destinations where diving, snorkelling, swimming, walking, bike riding, windsurfing and wildlife discovery can all be done free of crowds and pollution.

Activities involving nature are found everywhere. The famous Pinnacles and Wave Rock provide an awe-inspiring experience. Visit Nature's Window, Ningaloo Coral Reef, King George Sound, Cape Naturaliste, Jewel Cave, Cable Beach, Nullabor Plain and Monkey Mia. Other features are the HMAS Swan and Perth Dive Wrecks, Swan Belltower and Tree Top Walk.

Tours and charters, Car Hire and Wineries are all readily available. The Western Australia towns directory to your right contains detailed information on the history, climate and attractions of each destination with links to the local accommodation, car hire, tours and wineries.
