Our holiday homes are located in Joondalup, Western Australia which is a lovely beachside community in Perth's northern suburbs. We have 10 beautiful holiday homes available for short or long term rental, all year round.
All homes are fully furnished, self catering properties, including DVD players, linen, washing machine, clothes dryer, air-conditioning and all kitchen facilities. There is tea and coffee provided for your arrival. All are close to the major local attractions, including Joondalup Golf Course, Mullaloo Beach, Hillarys Marina and Joondalup Arena. Plenty of superb local amenities such a train station, local and major shopping centres, bars and restaurants.
Weekly clean and professional linen change with pristine whites and fully ironed servicing is included in the price. Should anything break, we have a handyman on call 7 days per week, to put your home straight again, as soon as possible. An excellent choice for a hassle-free family holiday or corporate lets.
We can arrange and advise of the best local tours and for your convenience, brochures are provided for your arrival. We also have special guest discount arrangements for any car hire required, which can be delivered to Perth Airport. Other arrangements for Airport pick up can also be organised on your behalf.
Specifically, the accommodation at 53 Spyglass is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Rates:
$220 to $250 per night.
$1050 to $1260 per week.
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.
Your deposit may be refundable, as per the cancellation policy (please see details further down the page.) All terms and conditions will be discussed at the time your booking is confirmed and our payment request is made.
Prices vary with the season and discount offers may apply at certain times of the year, so please see the "Hot deal" section below.

30km North of Perth city centre, which is around 25 minutes drive, via Mitchell Freeway.
Take the Hodges Drive exit, turning left.
We charge a basic cancellation fee of $55.00 once deposit or full payment has been paid.
Refunds for payments are provided in full, if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunds for cancellations within 7 to 30 days prior to arrival are provided at 50% of payment.
Refunds for cancellations with 1 to 7 days prior to arrival are provided at 25% of payment.
If you fail to turn up without any prior notification, payments are non-refundable.
