The Augusta Views Beach House
A two storey beach-house with sweeping beach, ocean and rivermouth views from the kitchen, Main bedroom, living room and North/East facing deck.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with enclosed yard and plenty of room for cars/boats. A short walk to the beach for walking, fishing, swimming and surfing.
A short drive to the shops, restaurants, golf courses, boat-ramps and the light-house at Cape Leeuwin.
Or just sit on the deck and watch the whales...

There is a main bedroom with Queen bed and another with 3 single beds upstairs, which are separated by the main kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area.
The living area has a pot belly stove for winter nights and CD stereo/television/ DVD player.
The kitchen though modest,comes fully equipped incuding microwave and coffee percolator. There is a gas barbeque on the balcony.
Downstairs there is another bedroom with queen size bed, a second bathroom, a large living/games room with spare bunk-beds. Please bring own rugs/doonas pillows and linen and towels - these are NOT provided.

During peak season and over long weekends we take minimum 3 night bookings. $250 pn over easter long weekend(min 3 nights) and Leeuwin weekend(min 2 nights)and Christmas/new year week. Full refund if cancelled more than 6 weeks prior 75% refund if cancelled 4-6 weeks prior 50% refund if cancelled 2-4 weeks prior No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior If we manage to re-book house after cancellation you will receive full refund otherwise you can be booked in at another time with no loss if that suits. Booking at short notice is OK if payed for immediately otherwise full payment 4 weeks prior. Upstairs kitchen with fridge oven microwave coffee percolator. Downstairs has fridge(in laundry)
