Comfortable King size bed Small sitting area Bathroom Enjoy the beautiful weather by cooking your meals on the barbeque and dine alfresco in the outside sitting area. The relaxing Osprey Village pool area is a wonderful way to cool down after a sunny Exmouth day. Please note this is a conjoined unit and access is available from the right side of the villa. Parking available for one car. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Cute little unit and close to everything.January 2020
Brilliant little place to stay for a few nights in Exmouth, very quiet area, lovely garden area around the pool with a tiki style hut. Definitely recommend booking this place if you're looking for a value-for-money room if you're in Exmouth for a few nights. Will definitely stay again.February 2020
