Description
This stunning Hamptons style home in central Yallingup sets the benchmark for your next holiday in paradise. Whether it's a lazy summer's day by the pool or a cool winter's evening enjoying marshmallows around the fire pit, Ard Na Mara is the perfect place for making memories.
LAYOUT
At the centre of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room which offers endless views to the ocean, pool and gardens, as well as direct access out onto a large, covered entertaining deck with BBQ.

Full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Delonghi pod coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, bread, pancake and omelette makers, teapot, slow cooker, sandwich press.
LIVING/DINING ROOMS
A multitude of board games and cards, ample lounge seating and a 75" Samsung TV ready to watch any choice of movie awaits you. Numerous TV streaming options are provided, including Netflix, Disney and Prime and, of course, there's wifi. There's also an extensive library to choose a good book from and find your bliss in one of the hammocks on the property.

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Stunning property, great location, felt private & tranquil, so close to beaches galleries, cafes, well set up for kids & dogs, family friendly. As three generations staying together was the perfect retreat. Great artwork, lovely garden , so many private spaces outside to sit/chat/read/snooze. House was Very well setup including great kitchen facilities, toys books, games , bbq area and felt very comfortable. Will definitely book again.
