Air-conditioners and fans keep all bedrooms and living areas cool. Full bathroom. Full laundry. The house is well-appointed with a stereo, a second TV in the main bedroom and books for your entertainment. Outside: Tranquil back yard presents a stunning lush garden, an outdoor shower, an undercover entertaining area with a lounge, a dining suite and a barbeque. Parking available for 2 cars and 1 boat / trailer. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Best place for a vacation
The location is amazing. Just across the road is the shops, bar and everything anyone would need. We had a great week in Exmouth and would highly recommend all of you can book this house then make sure you do. You wont be disappointed!!!January 2020
