Bedroom 2: King bed (can be made into two King Singles). Bedroom 3: Two King Singles (can be made into a King Bed). Bedroom 4: Two King Singles (can be made into a King Bed). Please advise at least one week prior to your arrival if you require changes to the bedding configurations. Spacious family bathroom. Full laundry. Upstairs: Master Suite: King size bed, ensuite with bath, double shower and double vanity. Canal views. Veranda with a bar fridge and chairs. TV room with a sofa and Two Singles. Can be used as a fifth bedroom. Outside: Outdoor alfresco area - outdoor kitchen, large built in barbeque and fridge. Deck presenting amazing views of canal waters. Landscaped gardens. Private pool with canal views. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Please note: The third bathroom in this property is a shower and powder room located through an external door, perfect for washing off the sand from the day out. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Parking space available for two cars and two boats. This property has a strict minimum age requirement. Lead booker must be over 35 years of age to book this property. Bookers under 35 risks having their booking cancelled by the owner without notice Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
