Kitchen includes a fabulous sized island bench giving you plenty of room, a large side by side fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Spacious dining and living areas with large wall mounted television and theatre style couch. Bedroom 1: King Sized with Ensuite. Bedroom 2: Queen Sized with Ensuite. Bedroom 3: Queen Sized. Bedroom 4: Two King Singles. Bedroom 5: Two King Singles. Large family bathroom servicing bedrooms 3, 4,and 5. Additional theatre nook. Full laundry. Outside: Parking for four cars, boats or trailers with no height restrictions. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. The jetty is large enough for up to a 9m vessel and has water available. Please note - Above Ground Pool does not heat and the jets do not work -- STRICTLY NO PETS -- Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
