Downstairs: Double French doors welcome you into the heart of this warm home. Comfortable living room and a dining area. Large family kitchen to cook meals and catch up together over glass of wine or a cold beer. Bedroom 4 with tri-bunk. Family bathroom with bath tub. Upstairs: Second living room welcomes you. Master Bedroom - Queen sized room with ensuite. Bedroom 2 - Queen sized room. Bedroom 3 - Queen sized room. Powder room. Spacious verandah. The property has entertaining areas on two levels with an undercover patio downstairs and a massive deck upstairs - lots of space for family get togethers or large groups! The lush tropical plants shelter the home, offering a cool and relaxing escape under the shady gazebo. Wake up to the serenity of birds chirping in the trees and smell the roses in the front garden. Parking available for 3 cars and 2 boats / trailers. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
