This property is a perfect example of the desert meeting the reef, with lush tropical gardens and a beautiful outdoor pagoda you will just feel right at home when you walk in the door.

This beautifully furnished, renovated, and pet friendly home is air-conditioned throughout.

In the main house there are three queen rooms, one primary with a full ensuite. The other two rooms are also queens serviced by a large family bathroom with a shower bath combo.

Outside nestled in the gardens is a separate annex with a queen bedroom, bathroom sitting area with a TV and fridge.

It is centrally located with shops and eateries only a 10minute walk. With double driveways there is parking area for multiple boats and cars it is an ideal choice for both family holidays and fishing trips alike.

Bedroom 3 with Queen Bed Bedroom 4 is an outside separate studio with queen bed, bathroom, sitting area including TV and fridge Air-conditioners and fans keep all bedrooms and living areas cool. Full second bathroom. Full laundry with additional full size fridge. Outside: Large landscaped back yard with undercover entertaining area, large pagoda with spacious day beds, barbeque and pizza oven. Parking available for multiple boats and cars at front of house. Fully secured back and front yard for pets. Parking available for 2 cars and 2 boat / trailer. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. This property is entirely off grid with a battery system, please note that you will not be able to run the air conditioning all night as this will flatten the batteries, if this is to occur power will only be restored in the morning when the system will come back online with the sun. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.
