Jetty (no power or water at jetty). Suitable for a boat up to 15m. This is a Pet Friendly property. Please notify us if you are bringing pets. Full garage access for guests. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. This owner provides additional items such as tea, coffee, and UHT milk for your arrival. This are a small supply to get you going and are complimentary. Please note this does not include any cleaning during your stay, or the replenishment of these items. Strictly no smoking inside this property. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Lovely Relaxing Stay On The Canal

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Great little gettaway

Great little gettaway home away from home. Beautiful bright space and most things you want in a home, with a jetty. We have young kids and it wasn’t set up for that so had our own travel crib, bath tub and high chair. But it is otherwise well set up for older children or adults. Lovely polished concrete floors throughout and large bedrooms with AC and ceiling fans.
