Property Features: Comfortable King size bed Lovely little sitting area with a flat screen TV and a DVD player Bathroom with a shower and a bath. Limited cooking facilities; a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster Webber Baby Q barbeque next to the outside dining area. Shared laundry facilities with unit 103. The relaxing Osprey Village pool area is a wonderful way to cool down after a sunny Exmouth day. Parking available for one vehicle. Please note this is a conjoined unit and access is only available to the left-hand side. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years.

Items to Consider:
Reservations are non-refundable and are not transferable to another property or alternative dates.
All cancellations are to be received in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations outside the control of the Guest such as illness, weather or any other event will be considered by the Agent on a case by case basis in light of potential loss to the Owner. Guests are STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be made for early departures or refusal to stay at a booked Property. If the Guest chooses to shorten their stay then a refund credit or transfer is not available for any unused portion of the reservation.
The Agent will not be held responsible if the Property does not meet the expectations of the Guest.

Relaxed, comfortable and clean, highly recommend!

Great location, and clean and quiet complex. Apartment felt new and well cared for. Staff at the head office were really helpful with locating a couple of things we left behind after we checked out, thanks again!

The accommodation itself is faultless. All the amenities including large bed, fridge, icy cool air-con, beyond great water pressure in the shower, block out blinds, laundry and accessible pool. Close to everything you need a mere 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. Definitely will be back!
