Aintree is a wonderfully relaxing place that has space for everyone to enjoy. Whether you are attending a wedding or event in the Swan Valley, escaping for a break with your family and friends - Aintree is the ideal place for everyone.
The beautiful River Gum trees and kookaburras singing away, are the perfect background for any escape. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and love being able to share our slice of the Swan Valley with you.
Guests have exclusive use of the cottage, lawned areas, BBQ area and kids play area.

As your hosts we are available to help you as much or as little as you need. We are always around the property, however we respect your privacy and will leave you to enjoy your stay.
The dormitory accommodation is exclusively for guests who have booked Aintree Cottage to cater for larger groups. These are to be booked directly through Aintree. The dormitory building contains 4 separate rooms.

Amazing Little Getaway
This place is AMAZING!!! It has absolutely everything you need and more. Couldn't have asked for better communication from Nikki and she was so accommodating for our group for my Mum's 60th birthday celebrations. The house is absolutely spotless and the amenities are amazing! We were lucky enough to christen the brand new bathroom too! We will definitely be back for another relaxing stay. Stayed here for a friends wedding at Oakover. Fantastic location and a beautiful house. Nikki was very helpful and even allowed us to add more guests last minute. Beautiful house that was well equipped for or large group.
